Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service govern your engagement with Frank Tech for remote web development and software services. By commissioning our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Engagement

• All projects require a signed proposal or statement of work
• Client must provide complete requirements and assets in timely manner
• We reserve right to refuse service for any project

3. Payment Terms

• 50% deposit required to begin development
• Final payment due after project delivery
• Late payments incur 1.5% monthly interest

4. Intellectual Property

• Client retains rights to all provided materials
• We retain rights to reusable code components
• Full copyright transfers upon final payment
• Client responsible for third-party licenses (fonts, plugins, etc.)

5. Project Management

• Communication via email/Slack during business hours
• Weekly progress reports provided
• Five rounds of revisions included

6. Delivery & Acceptance

• Projects delivered via GitHub or direct deployment
• 28-day review period after delivery
• After 28 days, project considered accepted
• Minor fixes within 90 days included

7. Cancellation Policy

• Client may cancel with 14 days written notice
• Deposit non-refundable after development begins

8. Liability

• Not liable for indirect damages or lost profits
• Maximum liability limited to project fees paid
• Client responsible for data backups
• Client must test all functionality before launch

9. Maintenance

• Post-launch support available
• Monthly maintenance plans available
• Critical bug fixes prioritized
• Not responsible for third-party service issues
